Captain Jim’s Seafood Market Restaurant has been a popular spot for fresh fish and delicious lunch and dinners for over 17 years. Some of their fish is caught by their own boats in the Florida Keys and then land in the retail market or on your table. Other seafood items like oysters, clams, scallops and lobsters are flown in  from the Northeast weekly. Three years ago Jeffrey Ross purchased the business from Captain Jim Hanson and reinvented it as a comfortable establishment offering a wider variety of both seafood and other “dry dock” items like their famous Chicken Parmesan. Craft brewed draft beer and other items produced by local business are offered. The restaurant has been featured on Anthony Bourdain’s ‘Parts Unknown’ on CNN and Rachel Ray’s Food Network program.
